[OS X Emacs] Error when starting up in version 1.6.

David,

I found the error: it has to do with the message you sent some time ago:

"I would try to start Aquamacs without customizations (Help -> Diagnose
menu).
Make sure you don't have the ec-emacs (ECE / Enhanced Carbon Emacs) plugin
installed, which isn't all that compatible with the latest Aquamacs
versions.

I removed ECE and now everything works!!
