[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs and autopair

Obviously, the above goes for programmers.  If you do write a lot of German, you could switch keyboard layouts.  EN/DE should be only somewhat confusing (Z<-->Y), and the curly brackets are really only needed when programming.
Also, there's an auto-correction function that might take care of some ae-> ä conversions.

As for Aquamacs: we can only work around the fact that there is no dedicated Meta key on today's keyboards, and that Emacs still requires it.
