[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs 2.3a problem with scroll bar and mouse interaction

Dear Jack,

thanks for taking a more detailed look at the problem - I think you narrowed it down quite a bit: I have not noticed the scroll problem before because it does not seem to affect text with "normal"-sized lines (the slider does, however, "wobble" in its size while being dragged along, which is a bit unusual). And, indeed, the important property of the text I suggested (C-h v load-path) is that it contains one line of unusual length - and it seems this is causing the problem (for a somewhat "pathological" example, admittedly).
