[OS X Emacs] How to disable Noweb mode

Dear all,

I'am currently working on foo.Rnw files. 
In Aquamacs, a foo.Rnw file activates noweb-mode which is (in my opinion and for me) useless. Moreover, my cdlatex-mode keybindings are deactivated.

Is it possible to deactivate noweb-mode and make  Aquamacs understand that my foo.Rnw files are pure latex files.
