[OS X TeX] To bug or not to bug

(1) Quite correct: you /have to/ bring the mouse /below/ the window and 
/that/, precisely, /is/ the issue.
I respectfully submit that when the window /is/ at the bottom of the 
screen, so that there is nothing below the window, I get no scroll.
I repeatedly checked it, about a dozen times, always with /no/ scroll.
There was one exception but, on closer examination, there was a hairline 
of background screen at the bottom of the window.
(I too keep the dock on the right.)
So, I don't know what to say.

Re. Mac standard behavior, yes of course, I know that and, anyhow, all 
you need is that hairline. But, by the same token, it also Mac standard 
behavior that scrolling should start when the mouse gets to, say, where 
the horizontal scroll bar would be.

(2) No comment?
