[OS X TeX] A new release of the TeX i-Package

A new TeX i-Package is being released. Most important changes:
- teTeX 3.0 has been released (so far it was a beta) and the teTeX 
texmf tree is being used for TL2004 and TL2005-devel support.
- pdfcprot and xyling have been added on request
- TL2005 contains a xpdf patch that fixes crashes that occurred with 
Wolfram fonts

Let's call this the "MBA Release" as I am graduating next Friday.

Note: this is a large update because the entire texmf tree has been 
replaced.
