Given that support is going away, I have decided to just uninstall
everything...
However, when I attempt Open Updated Packages, I get errors:

I cannot read the Table of Contents for http://tug.org/i-packages/
ghostscript-7.ii2. Either it is not an i-Package or there are network
or remote server problems.
(was able to open locally and uninstall)

I cannot read the Table of Contents for http://tug.org/i-packages/
tex4ht.ii2. Either it is not an i-Package or there are network or
remote server problems.
(Could not open locally and thus could not uninstall)

I cannot read the Table of Contents for http://tug.org/i-packages/
texbinaries.ii2. Either it is not an i-Package or there are network
or remote server problems.
(Was able to open locally and uninstall)

I cannot read the Table of Contents for http://tug.org/i-packages/
texmf.ii2. Either it is not an i-Package or there are network or
remote server problems.
(Was able to open locally and uninstall)

I cannot read the Table of Contents for http://tug.org/i-packages/
xmltex.ii2. Either it is not an i-Package or there are network or
remote server problems.

The package Netpbm, when I try to uninstall it I get a message saying
that is being updated and try again later, which I shall.
