[OS X TeX] How to get gtmacfonts into TexLive?

Nothing. You can just gtamacfonts as it only works with pdftex and it uses
a pdfTeX primitive to load the map file.

Just installing the files, converting the fonts and running mktexlsr or
texhash will do.
