[OS X TeX] TeXShop 2.20: default application, icons etc.

It is also extremely dumb in classifying files as types and happily
considers to files to be of the same type even if one is binary and one
text.

However, Finder is even flakier even when it doesn't crash. But I must
avoid getting started on this topic... :)
