[OS X TeX] removing MacTeX 2008

Howdy,

For the most part pretty easy. Once you're convinced things are working removing /usr/local/texlive/2008/ (and all of its contents) gets rid of almost everything. You should be able to do that from the Finder by using the Go->Go to Folder... menu command, enter /usr/local/texlive/ and press return. Then just send the 2008 folder to the trash (will probably require your admin password. Then just empty the trash.

There are other ways via Terminal but this should work.
