[OS X TeX] source sans pro and source code pro?

No it does not; at least, not with  pdfLaTeX  as the driver.

It is defined in  sourcesanspro-otf.sty 
using     \newfontfamily\sourcecodeproextreme 
which is used with  XeLaTeX  as driver.
Maybe also with  LuaLaTeX .

Try different drivers with the documentation.

The PDFs that come with the distribution are made with XeTeX + xdvipdfmx.
