I am using the docmfp package for a project which has me doing Literate Programming for OpenSCAD and Python, and it's working well, except the index seems odd:

See the attached MWE.
at: https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/715824/why-does-subitem-appear-in-each-index-entry-for-docmfp-literate-program

I was advised:
>you should call makeindex with a suitable style, e.g. makeindex -s gind.ist mwe.
How is that done for pdflatexmk?
Is there some other better option?
William
