Running TexShop with Beamer, every time I typeset the memory used by TeXShop increases by ~34 MB! The starting memory for TeXShop is ~54 MB (MacOSX 10.4.11, TeXShop 2.14, Beamer 3.07). It grows to a GB before crashing in no time.
