Both editors are based on a one window display, which is split into the navigator, source code, and preview parts; and both editors are beta. However, Latexian at this stage offers more: instant preview, code completion, clips insert, and it's stable to use. I like the project folder option: all related files (in different formats) are displayed in the navigator and are accessible from it.
