The Management Portal (MP) allows health and/or care providers to manage  \hyperlink{def:staffuser}{Staff} \& \hyperlink{def:serviceuser}{Service Users} from a single application through a secure online network. The application can be accessed through a desktop PC, Laptop or Tablet device giving the user access from any location once Internet is available.

The MP is from where all settings are customised, and activity in the system can be overviewed.
