It comes with installation instructions. No changes to the latexmk program that are necessary for the TeXShop engines.

Implementation of latexmk 4.40 for TeXShop. Includes all files necessary to update to latexmk 4.40 from a previous version; only the latexmk engine itself has been updated, no engine files have changed. Engines allow a project configuration file called platexmkrc in the same directory as the project root file. Fixed a problem when the root filename contains certain special characters in it (notably '['). Available from <http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10932738/index.html>.
