Dear xah lee,

there are simple ways out.
a) Don't use software, esp. not the one you don't like for some reason.
b) Find some software that is distributed under the terms you like.
c) Help to improve the (free) software you consider important to you  
to reach the standards you want.

Btw, your write-up, which you announce and publicize repeatedly in  
the wrong forums, has horrible English -- I dare to say even as non- 
native speaker. Please fix it! Then, do not mention it on Emacs users  
lists or any other specialized forum for free software users!
This stuff is for social science newsgroups, so go there, please.
