[OS X Emacs] emacs and latex on iPhone?

Can anyone imagine typing M-x extremely-convoluted-command on the iPhone
virtual keyboard? I think for that reason emacs on iPhone is a no-no. 

You are right though that what the iPhone really needs is a great
editor--even taking for granted that you are not going to write a 300
page monograph on your phone. I can imagine a cut-down version of
TextMate might be the business.
