It works fine for me in a fresh buffer.

You will have to make a proper bug report with step-by-step  
instructions, starting from an Aquamacs without personal  
customizations, started like this:

/Applications/Aquamacs\ Emacs.app/Contents/MacOS/Aquamacs\ Emacs -q
