[OS X Emacs] pdfSync with Skim and Aquamacs 1.3a

I use Carbon Emacs:

  GNU Emacs 22.1.50.1 (i386-apple-darwin8.11.1, Carbon Version 1.6.0)
  of 2008-01-18

The original question was about Aquamacs, but I replied because nobody 
else did, and it seems to me that pdfsync should work with both versions 
similarly.
