[OS X Emacs] disabling mac-keyboard behavior (I want ctrl-> and ctrl<- to skip words)

I don't know how long C-left and C-right have been bound to
beginning-of-line and end-of-line, but I'll wager that C-a and C-e have been
around a lot longer.  Do they not work for you?
