[OS X Emacs] Re: Using Mac's Command key as Ctrl key

If you're willing/interested to go as far as changing the keystrokes throughout the operating system, you can switch this in the System Preferences application under Keyboard and "Modifier Keys".   

However, I'll let someone else explain how to change it within aquamacs only.
