[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs 2.0preview6: "magic" A-C change of key binding?

Hello,

when switching from Aquamcs 2.0preview5 to Aquamacs 2.0preview6 I have observed that Cmd-C (A-C) occasionally changes to self-insert-command, whereas "Copy" from the "Edit" menu (which shows Cmd-C as shortcut) is still bound to clipboard-kill-ring-save. I have observed this behaviour for several major modes and this has happened on several of my machines - I just do not know what triggers the change. After restarting Aquamacs, Cmd-C works again as expected and is also bound to clipboard-kill-ring-save.

Naturally, I find this very irritating - many thanks in advance for any suggestions on how to fix this!

Warm regards,
 Stefan
