[OS X Emacs] turning off frame-positions.el

I tried to customize-apropos, but couldn't find the option to disable 
jumping to the last position in the file when visiting it.

That option doesn't interact well with org-mode -- it tries to expand 
the outline to the place where the cursor was last time, but it expands 
in a very weird way that confuses the outline structure. (Plus, I think 
it will be faster opening files if it doesn't have to look through what 
is by now a very long .el on my machine.)
