[OS X Emacs] Help for modes

On Aquamacs 2.3a:
Starting in my *scratch* buffer in Lisp Interaction mode,
C-h m
gives me a new frame (in help-mode) with help for Lisp Interaction mode and
all minor modes active in *scratch*.
