[OS X Emacs] Automating Sweave+LaTeX

Hi,
I am often using Sweave in my work and it gets tiring to have to do run
Sweave on a *.Rnw file, then LaTeX on the resulting *.tex file as
two separate commands. Does anyone know how to automate this so that I can
run Sweave+pdflatex (with Synctex) all at the same time? I know you can do
this with TexShop based on instructions here ->
