[OS X Emacs] version 2.4 and ps-print

Oh, I believe they were left out for space reasons, although I wasn't aware that ps-print-buffer needed them.  I always print via the OS X printing system (Command-p). 

The nightly build should have this file, and I'll make sure it'll be included in the next release.
