[OS X Emacs] classic emacs mouse buttons

Arnaud,
I think you can get what you're after by customizing "OS X Key Mode Mouse-3
Behavior", in the Aquamacs customization group.   (This information is in
the Aquamacs manual/help, under Aquamacs for Emacs Veterans --> Customizing
Aquamacs.)
