[OS X Emacs] German quotes in Aquamacs 2.4

Sorry, Peter, this doesn't work for me. ⌥-^ is alright, but ⌥-⇧-^ is
not mapped to a character in Aquamacs. I can only type „ , but not “
in Aquamacs,
