1 solution has been mentioned already: use an in-emacs mail client such
as gnus or VM.  Another solution is to set up your browser or email
client (such as Thunderbird) to call out to emacs to edit text boxes,
email messages, etc.

Some plugins:
= Google Chrome: Edit with Emacs
= Thunderbird: External editor
= Firefox: It's all text


These may be useful to you even if you decide to go the gnus or VM route....
