[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs 3.0 preview 4 released

This is a preview of the much-improved Aquamacs 3.0, based on the latest developments in Emacs 24.

Compared to previous preview releases, several common crashes have been addressed. LaTeX mode supports Retina displays better, the command-line tools can be installed again, bugs concerning cursor movement, frame placement (with multiple displays) and the toolbar have been fixed. Note that the final release will be faster than this one.
