[OS X Emacs] 24.4; error loading customizations.el

Hi Sebastian,
The warning you mention does not show up in the copy of the *Messages* buffer.  If you look at that buffer, you can see what is being loaded.

The official support mailing list (Emacs on OS X, cc'ed) can perhaps help in more detail.  Please write there!
