[OS X Emacs] emacs with osx auto correct?

Hi,

I would like to know if it was possible to have emacs use the editing
canvas with auto correction that, for example, texshop uses? Including the
popup list of replacements for misspelled words and auto replacement.
This text editing canvas seems used by many applications and seems provided
by OSX.
I would welcome if this was made available to emacs users on OSX.
