[OS X Emacs] command-line "aquamacs" doesn't work in El Capitan

Hi.

In El Capitan, the command-line version of aquamacs has been moved to the directory
/Library/SystemMigration/History/Migration-630E9DBD-00E0-4BAD-BBC0-7F9BB22F6F03/QuarantineRoot/usr/bin.
As a result, typing "aquamacs" in a terminal window gives a "command not found" error msg. OTOH, if I cd into said directory, typing "aquamacs" in a terminal window seems to work okay.

Should I simply move this executable into /usr/local/bin? Or is there a better way of installing the command-line version of aquamacs?

Thanks.
