[OS X Emacs] org mode problem

Hi, Pete. 

Sometimes when I run into problems with org-mode hanging in Aquamacs,
I use (in a terminal window):

	killall -USR2 Aquamacs

If debug-on-error is true, this often gives a Lisp stack backtrace of where
Aquamacs was stuck. Usually that reveals a part of org code that looks
more complicated than I want to figure out, and then I restart Aquamacs.

I have no idea if that would be helpful in your situation!
