[OS X Emacs] Printing a text or shell buffer no longer adjusts font size ...

Hi,

In the past, when I printed a *shell* buffer or similar text buffer, I got
a nice, color-coded PDF file.
The font-size used in the PDF was dynamically determined by whatever
font-size I chose interactively
(i.e., via command+ or command- keys).

Now when I print, a fixed font size is used in the generated PDF,
independent of my changing the font size in the buffer :-(

Is there a way to change the font-size with the print command (as it was
before)?
I need this, e.g.. to avoid wrapping of lines (by switching to a smaller
font size).

Thanks, cheers,

Bertram
