[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs and macOS Mojave

Hi guys,

I committed some changes back ported from Emacs 26 that will hopefully work well on Mojave for Aquamacs.
If all goes well, a new version will be available as nightly build overnight: http://aquamacs.org/nightlies.shtml
