[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs and macOS Mojave

I am unclear why that would be.  It works for me (on my Mojave machine) with no error message, and the b883ceb revision contains the appropriate fix.

I provided a new build on the server today, but the only change there concerns the cursor redraw.
