[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs and macOS Mojave

Unfortunately, Emacs 25/26 and with it, Aquamacs, are incompatible with macOS “Mojave”.

I recommend holding off on updating your operating system until this issue can be resolved.  I expect a fix next week.  Apologies for the inconvenience.
