[OS X Emacs] Check Spelling for English and Bulgarian in Aquamacs

Hi, Roussanka. I’m glad that the system is working better for you now.

I’ll put the language question on the list for future work. At the moment I don’t know enough about the Apple spelling code to know what it would take to do that.
