[OS X Emacs] cannot upgrading packages anymore

Hi!

Using list-packages the following error messages appear:

Failed to download ‘gnu’ archive.
error in process sentinel: Error retrieving: http://elpa.gnu.org/packages/archive-contents (error connection-failed "failed with code 22
" :host "elpa.gnu.org" :service 80)
error in process sentinel: Error retrieving: http://elpa.gnu.org/packages/archive-contents (error connection-failed "failed with code 22
" :host "elpa.gnu.org" :service 80)
error in process sentinel: End of file during parsing [4 times]

Thereafter there aren’t any upgradable packages

I tried it  using Aquamacs 3.5nightly  GNU Emacs 25.3.50.1 (x86_64-apple-darwin20.3.0, NS appkit-2022.30 Version 11.2.3 (Build 20D91)) dated 2021-04-06 rev. 13d935522d5031997491ac595beeae38195ce9dc

I have no idea what I could do. Any help?
