[OS X Emacs] Avoiding accidental quitting

Hi Robert,
Not an elegant solution, but a quick workaround (for Aquamacs at least):
Open a new buffer, add some text so it's modified, and don't save...
Now Cmd-Q prompts user: "Save buffer Untitled..?"
i.e. "it asks you if you really want to quit"
