<div dir="ltr"><br><div class="gmail_extra">Recently, the Aquamacs editing screen on my Macbook changed from <br><div class="gmail_quote"><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div><div><div><img src="cid:ii_161d3d68f5a8140f" alt="Inline image 1" width="547" height="356"><br></div>to<br><br><br></div><img src="cid:ii_161d3d6d28731ecc" alt="Inline image 2" width="547" height="419"><br></div>The dates and contents of Preferences.el  and customizations.el have not changed.<br><br></div><div>As you can see, there are multiple differences: the two icon bars are different, and the subscripting and superscripting styles are different. In addition, the indenting behavior has changed, though of course you can't see that here.<br><br></div>Note: these screenshots are actually from two different machines, but the second one used to look like the first one :) Both machines are running macOS 10.12.6, Aquamacs 33.3. The second machine (responsible for the "bad" screenshot above) says that AucTex 11.92 is installed (looking at the Manage Emacs Packages list in the Aquamacs menus; the first machine does not claim AucTex is installed, though I believe it is).<br><br></div>I noticed a post reporting a similar problem on the Emacs StackExchange site in January, but nobody responded.<br><br></div>Any ideas?<br></div>
