[Mac OS X TeX] Printing from MacDVI

Hi Michael,
Printing from macdvi is disabled when running CMacTeX on OS X. At the
time I released the OS X version CMacTeX I didn't have a printer I could
connect to my Mac under OS X so I was never able to test any printing.
I now have a working printer but I have the same pathetically slow
printing problem as the new OzTeX. I am hoping that OS X 10.1 may fix this
problem but am not holding my breath. For now you will have to convert
your dvi files to pdf and print from Acrobat Reader.

>
>I can take this same source file and use CMacTeX's pdftex to create a pdf file. Preview can print this file. Furthermore, TeXShop can successfully tex and print the file, as can the OS X version of OzTeX (though the printing under OzTeX was pathetically slow).
