[Mac OS X TeX] printing bug?

It may be that an incorrect color space conversion is occurring (RGB 
to CMYK, or CMYK to RGB).

It may be that your Linux print server is "in synch" with the Linux 
OS, but not with OS X (as far as color spaces is concerned).

I have seen similar results where everything is under Mac OS 9, for 
example. The cause was problems in changing color spaces between 
applications, the print drivers, and the printer's setup.

No definitive answer, but hope this helps anyway....
