[OS X TeX] Eucal package

Thanks to Michael, Martin, and Richard for the suggestions. I agree that 
the slant on the rsfs is a bit extreme, but it seems to me the best 
solution. I had a look at Linoscript and to my eye its too upright---too 
much like mathcal.
