[OS X TeX] iTeXMac 1.2RC3

I'm having trouble convincing iTeXMac to pdflatex my documents. There's
something wrong with the paths, but I don't know where to look. It works
fine in TeXshop, and in the command line. Here's the output in iTeXMac:

Anybody know what the problem is? I have a specialized document class under
~/Library/texmf/tex/.
