Until Jerome recompiles iTeXMac in a relocatable way, you can set the
environment variable DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH:

setenv DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH /Volumes/iTeXMac\ 1.0\ Folder/iTeXMac.app/Contents/SharedFrameworks

Then it starts from the command line.
