[Mac OS X TeX] Excalibur Fix and Apology

Folks,

TeXShop has been patched so the files it creates have type TEXT (this 
used to be
true and then broke in a system upgrade). Excalibur should work with 
these
files. Since this is a minor change, the TeXShop version number didn't
change.

My apologies for the delay in fixing this problem. And thanks for the 
useful
suggestions for further changes.
