[OS X TeX] TEX/LATEX

Hello,

1° Thanks for TexShop and TeTex ( Bravo !!)

2°  With Latex my document begin with :

\documentclass[a4paper,11pt]{article}
\usepackage[applemac]{inputenc}
\usepackage[french]{babel}
\usepackage{amssymb}
\usepackage{times}
\usepackage[pdftex]{graphicx}


and i would like to make the same things under Tex, is-it possible ?
